The new factory construction project of OEM auto wheel will be established in Sur - Precision Metal Technology Co., Ltd., which is belong to Highnic Group located in Nanhai district Shishan industrial zone. It takes about only 10 minutes from here to Faw-VW Nanhai factory by car. With a construction area of 40000 square meters, modern factory building of the new production base is expected to annually produce 4 million OEM auto wheels. Adopting industry advanced casting, machining, painting, and testing equipments, as well as configuration of automatic robot operating platform and online monitoring, testing equipment, it is going to completely satisfy the requirement of the products for Faw-Volkswagen and other customer. At the same time, with the application and equipment are with all kinds of energy conservation and emissions reduction technology， the production efficiency can be improved and labor intensity will be lower. The company is willing to take of the enterprise and social responsibility, committed to making the new production base be a yardstick in the auto wheel industry of hardware, software and quality. There is going to built a multi-function of an 8-story building in the factory, called Institute of aluminum alloy automotive parts, which is combined with new product development, design, mould making, manufacture, testing, etc, providing ZNA and each production base with technical development and backup services.
New Workshop for Retailed Wheels
The new workshop for retailed wheels will be built in Sur-Normdom Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which is belong to Highnic Group located in Sanshui District, Foshan City. It is capable to yearly produce 2 million motorcycle wheels for high-large engines as well as 10 million for middle-low engines, and 5 million auto wheels for high-end retailing. The base will set different production units according to different customers’ product requirements, correspondingly configuring advanced production and inspection equipment, setting fully automatic and semi-automatic operation of robot platform, improving logistics transport line, on-line monitoring and testing equipment. To meet the market of high-end wheels, the comprehensive manufacturing base will also be equipped with wheels plating production workshop. It will be more convenient to share the technical advantages of surface treatment technology of Guangdong Highnic Group. The customers can also get more direct and good products and service. There are also plenty of well equipped dormitories, which will provide staff with good life-support.
